Ash Tray & Fire Plate

The Rooster Braai Ash Tray effectively collects and contains ash and drippings, making your post-braai cleanup a quick and effortless task.

The Rooster Braai Fire Plate was designed to protect the Ash Tray but works equally well on its own. The Fire Plate lifts the fire off the base, allowing air-flow to your fire from below and reducing heat loss to the base of your braai. 

The Ash Tray and Fire Plate is positioned closest to the fire to protect your bricks and cement from heat, ash, and drippings. Given its proximity to the Fire, they may warp slightly and discolour with use over time. This is expected, doesn't affect performance, and can't realistically be guaranteed against.
